The ABC of Detroit  is excited to invite you to join us for our second go-around with ERISA attorney and current ARA Director of Regulatory Policy Kelsey Mayo.

This program will be an Interactive half day event that will include one hour of ethics credit.

Speaker: Kelsey Mayo,  ERISA Attorney, Poyner Spruill 

Kelsey is an ERISA attorney with Poyner Spruill (NC), whose practice is focused in the areas of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. She routinely represents clients before the IRS, DOL, and PBGC and has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of employee benefit plans. Kelsey speaks regularly with industry organizations, including ASPPA and CPA organizations. She was a long-time volunteer on both ASPPA and ACOPA’s Government Affairs Committees and now serves as the ARA Director of Regulatory Policy.
