The upcoming midterm congressional election will have important repercussions for plan advisors. What will happen if the Republicans keep the House of Representatives and take the control of the Senate? What if Congress remains as divided as it is today? Is tax reform a legislative reality in either case? What will the Obama administration do with their proposed Department of Labor regulations on the definition of a fiduciary? Are there other pieces of legislation we should be worried about or supporting?

All of these questions and more will be answered in a special post-election wrapup on Thursday, Nov. 6. Join ASPPA Executive Director Brian Graff and Political Director Jim Dornan for a members-only, 45-minute webcast.
