About the Speaker:

Kelsey Mayo is a partner with Poyner Spruill LLP, a law firm based in North Carolina. Her practice is focused in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She routinely represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor, and has extensive experience in virtually all aspects of qualified plans, welfare plans, fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements. Kelsey also works with ASPPA’s Government Affairs Committee, serving as Vice-Chair of the asap Subcommittee and as an active member of the IRS Subcommittee.
