Your clients are hearing from advisers and service providers the advantages of having after-tax and Roth provisions in their plans. This interactive, 50-minute, fast-paced session will highlight the “whys and why nots” of Roth deferrals, Roth conversions, and the often overlooked after-tax contributions. You will take away both discussion points for clients and their participants when it comes to adding or maintaining these plan features.

Key Takeaways:
1. Find out which client profile would be a candidate to an after-tax contribution provision
2. Identify reasons why your client may want to add the Roth Conversion provisions
3. Pinpoint discussion points when educating participants on the Roth or after-tax plan provisions
