About the Speaker
Kristen Donovan has enjoyed a robust career in the retirement industry for more than 23 years. With a background in recordkeeping, third-party administration and client relationship management, she found the next natural step to become a retirement adviser. In this capacity, Kristen discovered her love for educating participants and plan sponsors. After serving in this capacity for many years, she transitioned to coaching other investment advisers. As the retirement solutions manager for BAM Advisor Services, Kristen supports investment advisers in all aspects of the retirement plan space. She assists as firms develop new business and as they service existing plans. She is a credentialed member of ASPPA and holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations.
