Another testing season has come and gone, and it is time for ASPPA’s IRS Q&A Subcommittee to start gathering questions. Did you and your colleagues come across a brain-teaser of a situation while doing testing? Are you facing a conundrum on a last minute or delinquent PPA restatement?
Chances are those might be great questions to add to the list that will be submitted to our friends at the IRS and discussed at the Question & Answer general session at this October’s ASPPA Annual Conference.
The saying that there is no such thing as a dumb question applies here; however, we are especially interested in questions that include some nuance and might not have a clear-cut answer.
Check with your co-workers, friends, casual acquaintances at summer cook-outs (maybe not that last group if you want to get invited back) and send your questions to us at [email protected] so that we can add them to the list.
