OregonSaves Invites More Employers to Register

OregonSaves, the Oregon Retirement Savings Program, has invited additional Oregon employers to register for its pilot program.

OregonSaves reports that it has invited more than 40 additional employers to do so. By June 20, 11 employers had registered. OregonSaves says that brings the total potential number of employers in the pilot to more than 50, and expands the number of employees eligible to participate to more than 2,000.

The employers range in size from two employees to more than 500, and come from a wide range of industries, including apparel, brewing, construction, energy, food service, health care, non-profits, sports, transportation and winemaking. The employers will begin making payroll deductions for participating employees late this month and in early October.
