Webcast Outline

In the last webcast of this three-part series, discuss the more technical provisions and use examples to show how corrections can be made retroactively by the employer. In other words, this is the “clean-up” time and employers should use this to their advantage! This is their one and only shot at corrections through the restatement process.

To register for the complimentary on-demand recording for NTSA members only: If you would like to view the on-demand webcast recording starting April 25, 2018 and ending April 18, 2019, you will be able to access it through your NTSA  My Learning Activities account. Registration for on-demand recorded webcast includes unlimited viewing of the webcast recording to play any time before the one-year expiration date, the webcast outline, and any additional presentation materials.

Learning Objectives:

1. Corrections of errors/failures that the employer knows were never a part of the plan document

2. Fixing the plan where amendments were not made, e.g., Roth deferrals were added in 2012, but the plan was never amended

3. Fixing prior plan document failures where there was no plan adopted for 2009!
