ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Cliff Woodhall is the chief actuary of the Loren D. Stark Company, Inc., a TPA firm located in Houston, Texas. He is an enrolled actuary and has worked on all aspects of qualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans over the past 25 years. Cliff has been a member of the leadership council of ASPPA’s College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA) and often speaks at ASPPA and ACOPA events and conferences on topics regarding defined benefit plans.
