ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Michael P. Coyne
Michael P. Coyne is a founding member of the Cleveland, Ohio law firm, Waldheger | Coyne. Mike has been a benefits attorney for 31 years. He advises clients on qualified retirement plan design and compliance and other employee benefit matters.
A fellow in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Mike served a three-year term (2003-2006) as a member of the Internal Revenue Service's Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (the "ACT"), where he chaired its project on Section 403(b) Arrangements. He is a regular speaker at NIPA’s annual expo and forum and serves as a contributing editor to Aspen’s Section 401(k) Advisor. He also served as an adjunct professor in the Case Western Reserve University College of Law Graduate Tax Program. Mike recently served as co-chair of the ASPPA Annual Conference.
