ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Greg Fowler
Greg Fowler has worked for National Benefit Services, LLC (NBS) for 14 years and is currently the Vice President of Retirement Operations. NBS is a third-party administrator that administers retirement and welfare plans across the nation. Greg received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Brigham Young University. He is a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designee through fi360. Greg is the Immediate Past President of the Salt Lake Chapter of the Western Pension Benefits Council. He is married and has 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls).
Pam Perdue, Esq.
Pamela is of counsel to the St. Louis, Missouri law firm of Summers Compton & Wells, PC where she practices in the area of employee benefits. She is author of the book Qualified Pension and Profit Sharing Plans published by Thomson Rueters. She is the author of the semi-monthly Employee Benefits Newsletter published by RIA entitled "Pamela D. Perdue's Pension & Benefits Update." She is a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and previously served on its Board of Governors.
Pamela is a frequent writer and national speaker on the topic of employee benefits having made presentation for such organizations as the American Law Institute-American Bar Association; the Employee Benefits Institute; the Southern Federal Tax Institute; the Alabama Federal Tax Institute; the Tennessee Federal Tax Institute and numerous other organizations.
She is listed in the Best Lawyers in America under the Employee Benefits Section (1995-2013).
