ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mike Horton
Mike Horton is currently the Associate Regional Director for the Philadelphia Region of the Employee Benefits Security Administration. His main duties include overseeing the Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Program and assisting in setting the targeting focus for investigations in the region. Mike is also a member of the EBSA National Targeting Committee.
Prior to joining EBSA last December, Mike spent 22 years in the financial services industry, as an in-house benefits manager, and – most recently – running his own ERISA compliance consulting firm.
Mike is a graduate of West Point and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Healthcare Consultant professional designations.
